Return Policy

 

 

  We accept returns for refund or replacement, for manufactures defect and items damaged in transit.  Special Offers, Bundle Offers, Free Shippng Offers, Wholesale Offers, are non refundable.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Email a description, as well as photos showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in.  Many replacements can be handled with just this step.

Returning and item:, you must first email us - include photos showing damage, the packaging it arrived in and brief description - a RAN will be supplied as well as return addres and instructions.  Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Please write the RAN on the outside of the shipping packaging.

 

Shipping

To return your product, contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Go-Natural Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
